Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a major civil engineering and infrastructure project? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale scheme.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing

• Cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting 💷

• Leading contract administration under NEC form of contract 📑

• Working closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders 🤝

• Identifying risks, opportunities, and delivering value for money 💡

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members 👨‍🏫

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering & infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 🗣️

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment 🚀
