Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor in the East Midlands, is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

Working on a range of regional infrastructure projects, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of schemes across the area. You’ll be joining an existing, collaborative commercial team with a strong reputation for quality and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial aspects across regional infrastructure projects

• Working with NEC forms of contract

• Cost control, valuations, forecasting and subcontract management

• Supporting senior commercial staff and collaborating with operational teams

Requirements:

• Experience within civil engineering or infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts

• HND or higher in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)

• Ability to work effectively within a commercial team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
