Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge in Scotland’s civil engineering industry?
UPB Recruitment is proud to be working with a respected Civil Engineering contractor that has recently opened a new regional office in Dunfermline.

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established commercial team and play a key role in delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Scotland Central Belt.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Manage commercial aspects of civil engineering contracts from start to finish

• Prepare and monitor cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Ensure full compliance with NEC contract forms

• Provide accurate financial reporting and support commercial decision-making

• Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects

• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts

• Excellent commercial and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a growing regional team
