UPB are working with a specialist, regional construction contractor to hire a Site Engineer for a project in West Yorkshire.

You will focus on setting out and QA for a groundworks package, including drainage, foundations, ground beams, RC slabs, RC columns and prep for HD Bolts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background preferably in reinforced concrete structures & foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day setting out using a robotic total station

• Management of QA records

• Problem solving for design discrepancies or technical challenges

• Supporting site management and delivery of works

Requirements:

• CSCS Card

• Civil engineering background

• Setting out experience

• Ideally experience of RC structures, columns & slabs.

• Ideally experience of working on commercial new builds, healthcare or education builds.
