UPB are a specialist construction & infrastructure recruitment company, working with a groundworks contractor to hire a Site Manager.

As Site Manager, you will work on a six month contract for a new commercial build. You will be responsible for managing the delivery, programming, and safety of a drainage, foundations, spine roads and 278 works.

Experience required:

• CSCS Card

• SMSTS

• First Aid

• Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering groundworks packages on either commercial or residential developments.

• Ability to work under deadlines, organising and prioritising deadlines to meet construction programme targets
