Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Grimsby North Lincolnshire

Our client requires a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to be engaged on a freelance basis on a project in North East Lincolnshire. Focusing initially on procurement of significant packages on this large and complex infrastructure project

  • Work autonomously without supervision

  • Negotiation and procurement of sub-contract packages

  • Strong commercial knowledge of NEC forms of contract

  • Experience working for a large tier 1 contractor on public sector projects. With associated processes and governance

  • Monthly accounts, cost reporting

  • EW notification and pricing CE’s
