Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Nuneaton Warwickshire West Midlands

Our client needs the assistance of an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor due to an upturn in work. Projects are all civil engineering contracts; earthworks, drainage, groundworks, infrastructure sub-contract packages. Project work will be distributed amongst the QS team. Mixing time in the office, site and home working. This assignment could suit a Freelance QS seeking either a full time or part-time assignment

  • Measurement and pricing variations

  • Monthly accounts

  • Administering the NEC form of contract

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage either 1 or 2 contracts simultaneously depending on capacity

  • Strong communication skills required and ability to work with site teams and clients
