Job Description:
Our client is looking to hire a Contracts Manager to join their successful and growing business with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the full construction lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through to project delivery and team management. The ideal candidate would have experience in managing multiple sites up to the value of £50m +, being the primary point of contact for clients whilst building and maintaining relationships and delivering a high standard of service expected by company.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and suppliers.
• Being involved in pre-construction processes including tender reviews, design and developing project programmes.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Project or Contracts Manager.
• Ensure that all construction activities are effectively managed within an allocated budget.
• Host and participate in meetings with stakeholders, clients and sub-contractors.
• You will be responsible for all phases of multiple refurbishment and new build projects with multiple site teams reporting into you.
• Proficient in the use of programming software Asta Powerproject.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Monitor budgets, forecasts, and risk registers; ensure profitability and cost control.
