UPB is working with a well-established SME specialising in high end private home upgrades to recruit an experienced Project Manager, based at their office in Sheffield.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing business, coordinating a range of high end residential projects from the office while staying closely connected to work on the ground through regular site visits around Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating projects and trade contractors to ensure work is delivered to a high quality standard

• Producing reports and maintaining accurate project documentation

• Liaising directly with customers throughout each project

• Managing project costings and assisting with pricing new projects

• Visiting sites in and around Sheffield to monitor progress and quality

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within high end residential or private housing projects

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and contractors

• Confident liaising with customers and managing client relationships

• Experience with project costings and pricing

• Full UK driving licence for site visits around Sheffield
