UPB is working with a fast-growing, client-side business to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee high spec refurbishment projects from their Sheffield base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager with a strong refurbishment background to join a business with an expanding project pipeline, working client side and taking ownership of schemes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing high spec refurbishment schemes client side, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

• Managing site teams and contractors across projects, each typically running for around 4 months

• Acting as the client's representative on site, maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders

• Rotating between projects on completion of each scheme, which may involve working locally or away from home depending on project location

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, ideally gained client side

• Strong background in high spec refurbishment projects

• SMSTS, CSCS Card (Black or Gold) and First Aid at Work

• Willingness to work away from home between projects when required
