Unite People are working with a specialist, regional construction contractor to hire a Site Engineer for a project in Barnsley.

You will focus on setting out and QA for a commercial groundworks project.

The ideal Site Engineer will be able to demonstrate experience of setting out the civils elements of construction projects, including drainage, ducting, earthworks, RC slabs, plinths & structures. You will have a proven history of both hands-on setting-out experience, as well as providing technical support and mentoring of junior Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day setting out

• Management of QA records

• Supporting site management and delivery of works

Requirements:

• CSCS Card

• Civil engineering background

• Setting out experience
