UPB are working with a specialist, regional civils & construction contractor to hire a Site Manager for several project wins in Middlesbrough, Darlington & Durham.  

You will focus managing groundworks packages in various sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial & Industrial new builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of site activity of site operatives

• Manage quality of works delivery

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

• Drive the project Programme

• Maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction.

Required Qualifications & Training

• CSCS Card

• SMSTS

• First Aid

• Strong people skills

• Previous experience of groundworks packages.
