The Opportunity
Our client, a reputable main contractor with a strong UK-wide presence, is looking to appoint a Site Manager / Site Supervisor to support the delivery of small works and refurbishment schemes across the M62 corridor. With a healthy pipeline of secured projects and repeat business clients, this role offers the chance to join either their North West or Yorkshire office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a personable, long-standing team with a proven track record of developing and promoting talent internally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations on small works and refurbishment projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
Monitor site progress and report to senior management
Requirements
Experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager
Background in refurbishment or small works projects (preferred but not essential)
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven attitude
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced projects
