UPB are a specialist construction & infrastructure recruitment company, working with a specialist, regional contractor to hire a Site Engineer to work on projects in the North East of the UK.

As Site Engineer, you will be required to set out and manage QA package for groundworks, foundations, drainage, and Slipform concrete. You will work on a variation of projects ranging between infrastructure, education, commercial projects & more.

You will work alongside a well organised team, who have a culture of customer satisfaction and quality self-delivery.

Experience required:

• CSCS Card

• HND, HNC or Civil Engineering degree is preferred

• Previous experience as an Engineer, setting out of civils & groundworks projects

• Competent with QA, and working as a lead Engineer with a self delivery contractor

• Ability to work under deadlines, organising and prioritising deadlines to meet construction programme targets

• Understanding of setting out, using and EDM/ Total station.

The successful Site Engineer should be located in commuting distance of the North East of the UK, as accommodation will not be provided.
