The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and reports

• Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts

• Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Supporting commercial strategy and contract compliance

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (refurbishment experience a bonus)
✔️ Strong commercial and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple live projects
✔️ Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
